Step 4 - Feedback

You will not be contacted if you haven’t been successful but there will be feedback produced.  We publish information about homes that have been successfully let. We tell you the number of applicants that bid for the property, the band and priority date of the successful applicants. For information about previous lets click Recent Lets.

This information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to give you individual feedback due to the numbers involved.

Some homes are not offered immediately, this could be for several reasons such as us waiting for the current tenant to move out.  To stop applicants from being disappointed about having an offer withdrawn, we may wait until the property is empty and legally ours to offer out before contacting the successful applicant.
