You will need to make sure that from the first of August you place any bids in your usual way before the new cycle end time of 23:59pm on Sunday. You will be able to find out your final bidding position by logging into your account each Monday.

This change will free up HomeChoice officers to concentrate on the shortlisting process, make offers of accommodation, arrange property viewings and help people into properties. People bidding will be contacted more quickly to let them know whether they have been successful.
