National Residential Landlord Assoc

The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) is a Non-Profitable organisation whose mission it is to give landlords the tools & knowledge to successfully manage their homes. NRLA offer a wide range of different training as well as advice to landlords and those considering to be landlords.

The NRLA have 25 trained professional advisers whose job it is to give their members the advice they need, when they need it on a variety of different topics around housing. Managing a property can be plain sailing when things go well but, as we all know there are times when things don't and that is when NRLA are there to help you.

NRLA can give advice based on legislation, however they are not solicitors. They will provide you with options for potential solutions on any queries raised based on legislation. They are not able to assess electric, gas or fire certificates.

If you would like to discuss serving an eviction notice or something that involves intricate details, to ensure you the best service and advice you will  to receive this advice over the phone and will not be able to access this advice through our online advice services.

NRLA can give an overview advice on court forms and will assist you in completing these documents. NRLA are not able to assist you in completing these question by question.
